Tax Manager - Oil And Gas

Exciting Tax Manager opportunity with an Oil and Gas business. The role reports into the Head of Tax and will also support the rest of the in house tax department.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing tax compliance process and supporting on HMRC audits.
• Supporting on the review and implementation of the new Pillar 2 legislation.
• Preparing transfer pricing documentation and CbCR process.
• Assist on tax planning.
• Manage the tax reporting process, preparing consolidated group tax disclosures.
• Ensure compliance with SAO procedures

Skills

• ACA/CTA or equivalent qualification
• Experience of UK and international tax
• Oil and Gas experience preferred but not essential

Working arrangement - 2 days a week in the office in West London
