Tax Manager - Part Time

Are you an experienced Tax professional that is looking to work just 2 or 3 days per week?

We are supporting a small to medium sized practice in Central London that is looking for an experienced tax professional with knowledge across personal and corporate tax to join their team.

This permanent Part Time role mainly involves providing advice to clients on a mix of simple and complex tax topics, although some compliance tasks may be required from time to time. If you enjoy advising clients on their tax affairs this opportunity could be perfect for you!

This opportunity could suit a senior professional that is looking to reduce their hours or someone returning to work on a Part Time basis, offering the flexibility of working amongst a small dedicated tax team that the individual would oversee and lead.

Key responsibilities of this Part Time Tax Professional role include but are not limited to;

• Inheritance tax planning
• Trusts tax
• Simple and complex VAT queries
• Stamp duty
• Company and private pensions relief
• Capital gains tax

The firm are ideally looking for an individual that has;

• Strong Tax knowledge gained within practice, but doesn’t necessarily need to come directly from a practice environment
• Prior experience of dealing directly with a range of clients and is comfortable with providing advice
• Experience of overseeing and supporting less experienced colleagues
