Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage client portfolios ranging from start-ups to established entities.
- Lead the successful delivery of technically challenging projects, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Liaise fluently and commercially with clients and colleagues, driving the team forward.
- Collaborate closely with all areas of the tax practice, with a focus on property transactions including SDLT, Stamp Taxes, HMRC inquiries, and re-organisations.
- Analyze stamp tax consequences of transactions in partnership with Capital Allowance & Real Estate Partners.
Requirements:
- CTA qualified from a tax consulting background or solicitors with significant Stamp Taxes experience.
- Strong commercial acumen and a drive for excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
