Taxi Controller

Smart Solutions have an exciting opportunity on behalf of our UK industry leading client for an experienced Taxi Controller to join their team based in Bristol on a permanent basis! The role involves the day-to-day interaction with drivers and internal departments using a Driver Partner Portal as the primary communication tool. You will also be expected to ensure a high level of efficiency and compliance is maintained and executed correctly.Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00Duties of Taxi Controller: * Adhere to and execute the Driver Partner (DP) set up procedure for all new drivers, complying with local authority licensing requirements. * Assist drivers in completing all relevant licensing paperwork to ensure any DP attraction campaigns launched are effective and successful. * Act as a point of contact for all driver enquires and respond to Zendesk tickets allocated to you in a timely manner. * Investigate and assist in complaints received about drivers from passengers, members of the public, local authorities and from other road users.Requirements of the Taxi Controller: * Experience within a similar transport role. * Exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills * Excellent communication skills both written and verbally * Ability to multitask and prioritise numerous conflicting priorities * Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills * Highly organised and methodical * Excellent Customer Service skills with calm and professional approach * Permanent employment is conditional on having a satisfactory DBS check.What you will get: * £22,386 per annum basic salary + Bonus scheme enrolment * 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Access to Perkbox * Employee Assistance Programme * Life Assurance * Standard pension contributionsIf this sounds of interest to you and you would like to find out more then why not click apply today and one of our team will come back to you.Smart Solutions Recruitment are advertising this role and are acting as an employment agency
