Working in a hybrid style, based at home and Claverhouse East office, you will work full time, 37 hours per week on temporary basis until 31st March 2025.

You will act as first point of contact providing high-quality information and support service to people across Tayside affected by cancer, helping to triage referrals and make bookings. You will engage with people to promote and highlight the work of Improving Cancer Journey (ICJ) through joint working and creative collaboration across public, third and independent sectors.You will have experience of dealing with the public and care services via email and on the phone.
You will have the ability to organise and plan own workload effectively as well as experience of dealing with the public and care services via email and on the phone.
You will have report writing skills, providing and interpreting management information.
You will be able to deal with sensitive and confidential data in line with GDPR requirements and have working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Office 365.
You will have good organisational, numerical and communication skills, both oral and written. You will have Customer Care Skills - be respectful, listen well; treat people with compassion.
You will have the ability to prioritise workloads and meet challenges and deadlines. You will have the ability to work on own initiative as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
You will be able to hybrid work and have the ability to on occasion travel regionally.
