Salary: Annually £38K - £43K plus £3,366 London weighting or £500 home working allowance (where applicable)

A leading charity organisation is looking for an experienced Technology Adoption Lead to join the team on an interim basis, developing and leading a new Technology Adoption function, and help us make a contribution that really makes a difference.
The new Technology Adoption function is part of the Business Technology team which sits in the Technology and Data directorate. The Business Technology team works with the other directorates (departments) to represent the needs and views of all staff and volunteers, informing everything we do with technology and data.
The Technology Adoption Lead Role
This is a really exciting opportunity to develop and lead a new function at the charity. As a subject matter expert, you'll lead the adoption of technology solutions fostering growth and learning, and guiding decision-making for Technology and Data projects. You'll be responsible for governing technical configuration decisions across the full Microsoft 365 toolset, supporting staff and volunteers to maximise efficiency while translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms.
An ideal candidate will have:
- In-depth technical knowledge and expertise in the Microsoft 365 toolset
- Excellent communication, analytical and execution skills
- A commitment to curiosity, accountability, and excellence
- Experience in strategic planning, developing governance frameworks and best practices
- Experience in building successful relationships and leading technical changes
