We are expanding our lovely team of Home Care Workers in Doncaster and the surrounding areas including Hatfield and Thorne.
We are recruiting for caring individuals to cover our evening calls where the hours working are between 3pm - 10pm. The evening call will include limited personal care as you will be helping our clients settle for the evening.
Due to the range of locations we cover, own car transport is required.
The company is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.
Pay & Hours:
Rate of Pay - £11.00 per hour, increasing to £11.42 per hour upon completion of 6 months service
Hours of Work – 3pm to 10pm, with a minimum of 16 hours per week _guaranteed (flexibility can be discussed at interview)
Shift Pattern – Minimum of 3 days per week on a 2-week rolling rota with the option of working split shifts. Be able to work alternate weekends.

The role:
Assist service users with all aspects of personal care including, washing, bathing or showering, continence care, assisting to dress, shaving, ironing, shopping, preparation of meals, washing up, collection of pensions, getting in and out of bed, eating and drinking, general mobility, rehabilitation, social interaction and outings, providing or obtaining information and assistance with form filling.
Maintain accurate records including MAR charts (medication administration records) in line with HICA Policy and the Data Protection Act.
