Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Delivery

• Utilize a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and technology to meet the diverse learning needs of students.

2. Student Development and Support:

• Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student success.

3. Classroom Management:

• Establish clear expectations, routines, and behavior management strategies to promote a respectful and cooperative classroom atmosphere.
• Implement effective classroom organization and management techniques to optimize student engagement and learning outcomes.

4. Assessment and Reporting:

• Use a variety of formative and summative assessment methods to evaluate student learning and guide instructional planning.
• Prepare comprehensive progress reports and communicate student achievements and areas for growth to parents and stakeholders.

5. Professional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with fellow teachers, specialists, and school leaders to enhance curriculum development, instructional practices, and student support initiatives.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, workshops, and team meetings to continuously enhance teaching skills and pedagogy.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area. Master's degree preferred.
• Teaching license/certification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., M.Ed.) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in KG and/or Primary education.
• Familiarity with international curricula such as British, IB PYP, American Common Core, or similar frameworks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to embrace a multicultural environment.
• Enthusiasm for professional growth, innovation in teaching, and commitment to student-centered learning.
