```Duties:```
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational activities and lesson plans
- Provide support and guidance to students in the classroom
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and provide feedback
- Support students with special needs, including those with autism, in their learning and development
- Assist with individualized instruction and accommodations for students with diverse learning needs
- Provide assistance with daily routines, such as mealtime, naptime, and toileting
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
```Qualifications:```
- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse group of students, parents, and colleagues
- Understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
- Ability to adapt to the needs of individual students and provide differentiated instruction
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
