Wage: £160+ (negotiable DOE)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and informative lessons in Health and Social care and childcare subjects
- Create and implement effective lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and active participation
- Provide guidance and support to students, promoting their academic and personal development
- Collaborate with colleagues to assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status with experience teaching Health and Social care and childcare subjects
- Deep knowledge of relevant curriculum standards and educational best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
- Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students and the curriculum
