SalaryWe seek to appoint an inspiring and ambitious Teacher / Instructor to join our unique and amazing alternative provision which allows students to reset, rebuild and succeed. At Southway, we aim to liberate potential by providing a platform to enable students to maximise their opportunities to learn, develop and progress. The ideal candidate will embrace this aim and immerse themselves into our vibrant setting that truly changes outcomes for students.
The vacancy has arisen due to the Board of Directors agreeing that we can increase staffing capacity above our current structure at Southway, to continue the excellent support we offer our students, and in anticipation of increased student numbers in the future. We are also keen to continue to enhance our rich curriculum and we seek skilled colleagues to be part of that journey. We are keen to speak with colleagues who are able to teach across a range of subjects and if you have pastoral experience, this would also be advantageous.
Southway is a subsidiary company of the Rodillian Multi Academy Trust, providing alternative and vocational opportunities in education for students at KS3 and KS4, who may otherwise have been excluded from mainstream school.
