Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality English lessons that inspire and motivate students.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
• Use innovative teaching methods to engage students and promote active learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the English department and across the academy to share best practices and resources.
• Support the academic and personal development of students, providing guidance and encouragement as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching English at secondary level.
• Passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to helping students succeed.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students through creative and dynamic teaching methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
• Open to applications from both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced educators seeking a new opportunity.
