A Havering Secondary School is seeking a talented and enthusiastic History Teacher to join their Ofsted 'Outstanding' school.

History Teacher - Job Description:
- Inner London Scale, MPS1-UPS3 £34,502-£53,482.
- Delivering high-quality History lessons to Key Stage 3&4 students (with the option to teach KS5).
- Planning, preparing and organizing lessons to ensure effective delivery of syllabus content.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop the subject curriculum and resources.
- Developing the student's subject knowledge and understanding of key concepts through using a range of teaching strategies.
History Teacher - Person Specification:
- Qualified teacher status - Essential
- Ability to teach History from Key Stage 3&4.
- Knowledge of effective teaching methods and approaches to ensure student progress.
- Enthusiastic, committed and able to inspire students.
- Passionate about student progress and achievement.
- Experienced teacher and ECTs encouraged
