The role is based in a supportive and energetic school based in the Lambeth borough. They are looking for an outstanding Media Studies teacher.
Requirements:
- Experience teaching Media Studies.
- The ability to teach students within the classroom with theory and practical work.
- Develop and adapt the classroom curriculum to suit the needs of the classroom.
- Be pro-active and have a professional manner.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Deliver Media Studies lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Have experienced understanding of the Media curriculum.
- Curriculum planning
- Quality assurance (contributing to the process of monitoring and evaluating the subject area)
- Communication with students, parents and other stakeholders
