Teacher of Politics - Leicester based sixth form college

• Start date: Immediate start required
• End date: 24th May 2024
• LE1 based sixth form college

The college is looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Teacher of Politics to join their team as soon as possible until May initially. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons that cover the curriculum and prepare students for their exams. To be successful you must have experience of teaching A Level Politics - Edexcel Politics course (America specialist unit).
To be considered for this job, you must have:

• A relevant degree in Politics or a related field
• A PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience of teaching Politics up to A-level
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students
• A DBS check or willingness to obtain one
