The Role
Hays Education are recruiting on behalf of a large secondaryacademy in the heart of Doncaster. The school require a Teacher of Science tojoin them on a long term basis, to teach across KS3 and KS4. Identifyingthemselves as a supportive and inclusive setting, they have maintained a levelof independence whilst immersing themselves within their MAT, who have anexceptional reputation.
The ideal candidate for this role would be a creative andforward thinking teacher with a true passion for their specialism. They willbecome an active member of the Science department, linking with other subjectsto create a cohesive and well-rounded education for the students. They will beexpected to plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons within Science, followingthe national curriculum to suit students of all abilities across KS3 and KS4.
Requirements and Qualification

• QTS or equivalent
• Ability to evidence passion for the subject
• Commitment to long-term work with the possibility of permanent employment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one
