We are currently supporting a school who we have had a strong relationship with for many years in recruiting a Teacher of Special Needs to join their amazing team.
Responsibilities
- The successful Teacher of Special Needs will plan creative lessons with excellent subject knowledge, undertake marking, and will participate in parents’ evenings.
- This school requires a Teacher of Special Needs who is comfortable with technology, online management systems, and has strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills.
- It is important to this school that the Teacher of Special Needs they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this Teacher of Special Needs role.
- Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this Teacher of Special Needs job.
- To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training as a Teacher of Special Needs.
