The children, staff and governors of Longford CofE Primary School are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated teaching assistant to join our supportive and friendly team, for five mornings a week.
The position is to support across school, as decided by school improvement needs, but predominantely within our mixed EYFS/KS1 class.
Whilst the core position is for a Teaching and Learning Assistant, there is the potential for additional hours (to cover teacher CPD/release time) if the applicant also has HLTA status.
We are a small village school and pride ourselves on the strong relationships we have with all children. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge, experience and understanding of the primary curriculum and be willing to continuously develop their practice. They will also have strong inclusive values, with a commitment to supporting all pupils.
