The Governors of this very successful school wish to appoint a highly motivated, skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team of dedicated and professional staff.
Working across the school, the ability to work in close partnership with the Class Teachers in helping to deliver numeracy/literacy skills is essential, as well as experience of delivering small group intervention programmes, guided group work and other learning activities.
An ELSA qualification/training is desirable. A knowledge of phonics is also desirable (training will be provided). An interest in sport, PE and Forest Schools would be beneficial.
Although this is initially being advertised as a Fixed Term position, it is hoped it will become a permanent position (dependant on pupil numbers and the school budget).
