JOB VACANCIES
Required for September 2024 or sooner if possible

Teaching Assistant Level 1 – Permanent

Salary: Grade 3, Scale points 2-6,£27,306 - £28,977 (April 2023 rates – Salary Subject to Pro-Rata)
Working Weeks: Term Time Only – 39 weeks a year
Hours: 31.25 hours per week – 8.45am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday
The Federation of Kintore Way Nursery School and The Grove Nursery School are looking to recruit for the
vacancies listed above to work in our Nursery Schools as Early Years Teaching Assistants. You also may be required
to work across the Federation.
We require someone who:

• has experience of working with children under 5 years (paid or unpaid)

• has knowledge of basic Health and Safety & First Aid

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Has knowledge of Safeguarding

• Has a commitment to supporting children with Special Educational Needs and / or Disabilities (SEND)
