Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking to make a significant impact on the life of a child with Special Educational Needs? We are seeking an empathetic, enthusiastic 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant to join our warm and inclusive ‘GOOD’ OFSTED rated primary school community.

Role Overview:

As a 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support to a child in a primary school with complex needs. Your dedication and commitment will empower this child to thrive in a nurturing and inclusive educational environment.

· Empathy and Patience: You understand the unique challenges faced by children with complex needs and can provide the patience and empathy they require.

· Adaptability: Every day is different when working with children with complex needs. Your ability to adapt and find creative solutions will be essential.

· Team Player: You'll collaborate closely with our experienced staff and therapists to ensure the child's needs are met effectively.

Requirements

· Minimum of 1 year SEND Experience.

· Either childcare or Healthcare background.

· Qualifications are desirable not essential.

· Subject to DBS and Right to work checks.

Pay: £85.00-£100.00 per day

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

• Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)
