Our Facilities
We are investing significantly in our facilities including a £3.3 million classroom reconfiguration project completed for September 2022 and ongoing replacement of heating and domestic water services. The school operates using Microsoft Office 365 and we make extensive use of Microsoft Teams. Teams is our platform for sharing resources, setting homework and collaborating with colleagues. Students and staff also have remote access to the school’s network.

The Role
Corfe Hills School is looking for two Teaching Assistants (TA’s) to join our busy team to work in a general TA capacity. You will support and assist students requiring various levels of support working either with individuals, separate small groups and in mainstream classes within all faculties. There may be an opportunity for the successful candidate to undertake ELSA training and incorporate 1:1 sessions with students into their day.
You will need to keep records of students’ progress and establish a supportive relationship with individuals/groups and parents concerned (if necessary) as well as liaising with other SEN team members and school staff.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop current skills and gain experience of working in a busy and varied school environment.
