Working hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm, 5 days per week
Salary: £12.27 per hour- 40 hrs per week working 39 weeks, paid 5.6 weeks holiday

Cambian Lufton College supports 16-25 year olds with special educational needs for day and residential education placements. Our aim is to improve our students quality of life, and life after Lufton by providing a rich curriculum full of community and work experience opportunities, as well as functional skills, enrichment activities and communication support.

Utilising strategies from students’ Positive Behaviour Support Plan, Communication Plan and Sensory Diet to provide support students to engage effectively in learning, whether on-site, in accommodations or in the community.
Working closely with Tutors to follow session plans and schemes of work within Education, and reporting on the progress of students to inform future planning.
Developing learning resources that are individualised to meet students’ communication needs
Liaising with Education, Care and Clinical staff to provide a multi-disciplinary approach to supporting outcomes for students.

Requirements for an Enhanced DBS and reference checking will be undertaken in line with government regulations and safer recruitment best practice.
