We have an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to work closely with primary schools based in Mansfield who require both ad-hoc and long-term cover.
What would working as a Teaching Assistant entail?
- Working hours of 8.15am to 3.45pm
- Supporting children on both a 1:1 and group basis
- Implementing creative ideas to bring children on course
- Having knowledge of the EYFS, KS1 or KS2 curriculum
- Adhering to the school safeguarding policy and ensuring the safety of all pupils in your care
- Adhering to the school behaviour policy
What do you need to become a Teaching Assistant with us?
- Experience supporting children within a primary classroom setting
- A Level 2 or 3 Qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (Desireable)
- An enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to process a new one
- A 'can do' attitude
- A personable and nurturing approach
