TEACHING ASSISTANT (EYFS, KS1 & KS2)
We are seeking to employ dedicated Teaching Assistants who are motivated to do the best for children within EYFS and in KS1/KS2. This is an excellent opportunity for a well-spoken, talented and dedicated individual willing to join a dynamic team. The successful candidates will have the passion and experience of working within children in Early Years and in KS1/KS2. They will be confident in their ability to support and inspire children and foster their enthusiasm for learning.
The successful candidate will:
Have a positive, enthusiastic approach with an energy and passion for working with young children,
Have excellent communication skills who maintains positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents/carers,
Have experience of working with children with SEN,
Be able to work as part of a team, but also use initiative and self-direction when needed,
Be calm and patient,
Have determination and drive to ensure that every pupil fulfils their full potential,
Be flexible, adaptable, embracing new ideas and have a pro-active approach,
Have a commitment to achieving high standards.
