Our partner school are looking for someone on a part time basis to join their growing team.

Role Overview
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance the learning and well-being of students. From supporting classroom activities to offering one-on-one assistance to students with additional needs, this role is diverse and fulfilling.
Key Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:
- Help teachers prepare and deliver engaging lessons, offering support to individuals or small groups as needed.
- Assist students with special educational needs (SEN) by implementing their Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and promoting their participation in classroom activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment by encouraging good behaviour, participation, and positive relationships among students.
- Aid in organizing educational resources, materials, and displays to maximize learning opportunities.
- Provide pastoral support to students by offering a listening ear, encouragement, and guidance when needed.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting (training available for the right candidate).
- A nurturing approach and genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Flexibility and adaptability to take on varied tasks in support of the school's needs.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
