Teaching Assistant Level 2 – Ref: TV68723

                                           28 hours a week term time only – To start as soon as possible

G4 28 hours term time plus 5 training day’s pro-rata salary £12,423.56 to £13,716.40

The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and experienced practitioner preferably with a background of supporting children with Special Educational Needs. The job is a new role due to new children with EHCPs in school.

Job Requirements:

• Support for children with Special Educational Needs
• Working with professionals to create and deliver high quality teaching
• To be responsible for liaising with teachers, parents and professionals about the needs of children
• To adapt and create planning and resources to meet the needs of the child
• To be supportive of the Christian ethos of our school
• To support the learning of all children in the class

What we are looking for:

A Level 2Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent

Experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs

A good level of maths and English- GCSE C or equivalent.

A good communicator

A sense of humour

Two referees for references
