Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team and support the educational development of children, including those with autism and special educational needs. The role involves working closely with educators to provide a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Duties:- Assist in educating and supporting children with autism and special educational needs- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each child- Provide care and support for toddlers in a classroom setting- Help create engaging learning activities tailored to individual children's needs- Support the social and emotional development of children- Assist in maintaining a safe and organised learning environment
Skills:- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or special educational needs- Knowledge of toddler care practices- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues- Ability to work collaboratively with educators to implement educational plans- Understanding of special education principles and practices

Pay: £58.71-£101.46 per day
Expected hours: No more than 6 per week
