The Role:
As an Unqualified Behavior Mentor, you'll work full-time during term time across Key Stage 3, 4, and post-16. No formal qualifications needed; we value real-world experience in sports, residential, or positive behavior backgrounds.

• Be a mentor and role model, helping them navigate challenges.
• Create an inspiring, supportive environment for their growth.
