Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a school environment is preferred.
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable, but candidates with a genuine passion for education and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting the diverse needs of students.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and support students' individual learning journeys.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Enthusiasm and a proactive approach to contributing to student learning and development.
