TEACHING SCHOOL HUB PROGRAMMES AND PARTNERSHIPS MANAGERA national institute that researches and runs professional development and programmes for education professionals such as teachers and school leaders is looking for a Programme and Partnerships Manager. TEACHING SCHOOL HUB PROGRAMMES AND PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER ROLE:
- Communicating effectively with providers, delivery partners, and programme participants across their portfolio of responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining a high-quality and comprehensive project plan for the programmes they manage
- Managing the acquisition of venues and resources and deployment of content developers, facilitators, coaches, partner schools, etc., to deliver programmes according to plans
- Managing records and reporting in line with Trust and stakeholder requirements
- Delivering training and creating induction materials and other guidance materials to support partners and participants in their onboarding experience and their engagement and success on the programme
- Building effective and mutually beneficial relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders including The Trust, partner schools, associates, and participants to deliver the programme to a high standard, ensuring we have a reputation for excellence
- Seeking new opportunities to promote the Institute and responding to enquiries in a thoughtful manner to ensure opportunities are maximised
- Supporting the development, implementation, and review of multi-channel marketing and communication plans ensuring the appropriate use of digital content and channels
- Monitoring and evaluating our communication activities to ensure all channels are fit for purpose
- Supporting the Teaching School Hub Lead in developing the network of partner schools
- Ensuring Trust financial procedures and policy guidelines are followed in all areas of the operation
- Minimum 12 months of programme management for an educational organisation
- Senior stakeholder management experience
- Previous programme management experience
