Team Administrator

Juice is delighted to be working with a professional services organisation that requires a Temporary Team Administrator to join their team from Monday 26th February on a 6 week assignment.

You Will Be:

• Supporting senior managers and the wider team with administration duties.
• Audio typing using digital dictation.
• Answering and transferring incoming calls.
• Assisting with paper based filing.

You Will Have:

• Previous experience of working in a busy administration role supporting management/team.
• Experience with audio typing is desirable, alternatively strong typing skills/experience is MUST.
• A confident and professional telephone manner.
• Be organised and able to prioritise tasks.
• Have a can do attitude.

Additional Info:

Hours: Office based, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

Location: Redland, free on site parking within 5 minute walk

Duration: 6 weeks

Hourly rate: £15-17 per hour + holiday pay

Start Date: Monday 26th February
