Job Title:Team Administrator!

Salary: £24,000-£26,000 (£13-£14.00 per hour!)

Location: Super short walk from Old Street or Angel station! (Hybrid working!)

Hours: 09:00am-17:00pm

Company: A not-for-profit, membership organisation within the Education sector.

Contract: Temp up to 4 month duration!

Start date: ASAP!

  • Sending out membership packs and information to new and existing members
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Onboarding new members
  • Updating Customer Relationship Management database
  • Booking travel, venues, catering and deliveries to support the event team
  • Sending out event confirmations to delegates and speakers
  • Preparing delegate badges and information packs
  • Participating in events both online and in person
  • Welcoming guests to the office, booking meeting rooms, organising refreshments
  • Providing adhoc admin support for our Directors as required
  • Diary management and organising meetings
  • Assisting with logistics and operational admin

Is this you?

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Excellent presentation skills and telephone manner with the confidence to engage with a wide range of companies, often with individuals at a senior level
  • Strong organisational skills, with an ability to juggle a number of tasks under pressure
  • First class customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Office - word, excel, PowerPoint essential
