Description
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team
- Coordinating and managing team schedules and meetings
- Handling correspondence and responding to queries
- Maintaining and updating database and records
- Preparing and formatting reports and presentations
- Assisting in project coordination
- Managing filing systems and archiving documents
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
Profile
A successful 'Team Administrator' should have:
- A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- An understanding of the property industry
- Proactive and self-motivated approach
- Ability to work well within a team and independently

- Proven Team Administration experience
