Bell Cornwall Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our client, a prestigious law firm based in Birmingham. As a vital member of the team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to Partners, fee earners, and PAs across all departments. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a diverse range of skills within a professional City law-firm environment.

Key Duties:

• Work collaboratively within the fee earner support team to ensure exceptional client service delivery.
• Manage filing systems including file opening and closing, maintaining organisation and efficiency.
• Assist in the coordination of internal and external seminars, ensuring smooth execution.
• Prepare and engross documents with meticulous attention to detail.
• Handle the procurement of official copy documents from various sources.
• Utilise online search services such as the Land Registry Portal for research purposes.
• Manage file archiving and retrieval processes effectively.
• Provide general administrative support including scanning, photocopying, and printing.
• Act as a first aider and fire warden, ensuring the safety and well-being of all staff.
• Perform ad hoc administrative tasks and cover reception when necessary.

Key Criteria:

• Enthusiastic and adaptable with a proactive approach to tasks.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates strict adherence to confidentiality protocols.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Previous administrative experience is preferred.
• Possesses exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong team player with excellent communication abilities.
• Exhibits initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
• Displays a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
