This candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing crucial support to Business Managers in the comparator Sourcing division,
- Assisting with administrative tasks,
- Facilitating communication with suppliers and customers,
- Preparing quotations and purchase orders,
- Ensuring accurate client information on purchase orders and invoices,
- Negotiating prices with suppliers,
- Participating in client meetings to understand project scopes,
- Adding new products, clients, and suppliers to the stock control system,
- Coordinating with the Logistics Manager for shipment requests,
- Obtaining documentation from Medical Information departments, and engaging in direct communication with clients and suppliers via email and telephone.
Profile
The ideal candidate for the Team Coordinator/Administrator role is expected to:
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and organisational skills, demonstrating the ability to support Business Managers in various tasks,
- Educated to A-level standard or higher (or equivalent),
- Possess 2-3 years of proven experience in an administrative role,
- Essential qualifications include computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
- The successful candidate is expected to be results-driven, tenacious, and customer-focused.
