We have an opportunity for a Team Leader to support our Holiday Cottage Cleaners at Nymans garden, Standen House and Sheffield Park gardens.
Duration: Permanent
Hours: 15 hours per week. Days worked will vary and depend on changeovers, you will work alongside your line manager to organise rotas for yourself and the holiday operation assistants. Changeovers can occur on any day of the week including Saturdays and bank holidays. We do not offer changeovers on a Sunday. There is some hybrid working.
Salary: £11 per hour
Internally you'll be known as 'Holidays Operation Team Leader'
You'll require a drivers license and access to your own vehicle.

What you'll be doingYou'll induct new staff and support the provision of an efficient, effective and flexible service ensuring cover for changeovers, service cleans and house opening achieving very high standards of presentation; co-ordination of routine maintenance and repairs, and deal with customer queries in line with the NT Holidays Toolkit.
Health and Safety compliance and good environmental management is essential. You'll be familiar with working to risk assessments, COSHH procedures, accident reporting, and fire safety.
