Our leading Financial Services Sector Client is continuing a high growth trajectory, coupled with an ambitious transformation programme are now seeking an experienced Team Leader to join them for a 12-month fixed term contract to cover a colleague's maternity leave.
Role Profile
The purpose of this role is to assist the Team Manager with the effective running of the team. supporting and developing team members to collectively aid a high-performance culture. The Team Leader's duties will include:
* Maintaining a high level of knowledge of the team's core requirements
* Assuming responsibility for the accuracy and quality of the Team's procedures and support documents used by the department
* Identifying future and ongoing development needs, supporting training queries and development across the team
Person Profile
The successful Team Leader will possess:
* A minimum of 3 years' Life Assurance experience
* Strong regulatory knowledge
* Strategic and creative mind set - able to build a team vision and deliver to it
* Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing stakeholders at various level
* Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills
* An absolute commitment to the development of others
* Goals focussed with proven ability to deliver to critical timelines
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
