Job title: Pensions Team Leader – Benefits
Salary: £38,133 - £46,206 per year (starting salary dependent on experience)
Hours: 36Hours (Full Time)

This is your chance to move into a management role. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Pensions Shared Service as a Team Leader in our Benefits Team. The Pensions Shared Service, based in Wandsworth, runs the administration of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) for five London boroughs: Camden, Merton, Richmond, Waltham Forest and Wandsworth.
This is very exciting phase for our service as we transform through a programme of expanding our staffing resources, greater use of automation and emphasis on people development.
Your responsibilities will include checking work, ensuring performance indicators are maintained, advising our customers and improving processes. This role requires good knowledge of the LGPS and the ability to drive continual improvement.
