Our team in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole are recruiting for a Team Leader, to join them in providing high quality recovery care to a diverse service user group. Our Team Leaders work with our service users to help them to determine what their goals, ambitions and passions are, whilst managing a team of dedicated Recovery Workers. This is an integral role for With You - as a Team Leader, you will support the management team in the delivery of the service, leading in an area of specialism to ensure that your team delivers quality support and care to our clients. The role of Team Leader within a With You service requires an organised and flexible approach, as sometimes you will be managing staff from different teams across the service.
This post will work specifically within our Clinical team.
We’re looking for:
- Someone who can manage the staff within the service, ensuring that they are well informed, inspired and engaged with We Are With You’s strategic objectives and that a cohesive culture is developed
- An individual who can support the development of services inline with local needs and contractual specification
- Development of staff using coaching techniques
- Engagement with staff, service users and carers ensuring personal visibility and accessibility
- Someone who can undertake recruitment responsibilities, as appropriate

REQUIRED SKILLS
- ONC/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent or a commitment to complete within 18 months
- Demonstrable experience of working in the health, social care or criminal justice setting and of working in partnership with a range of statutory and non-statutory agencies
- A successful track record of management responsibility and development of others
- An understanding of the issues facing drug/alcohol misusers or clients experiencing common mental health mental health problems
- Knowledge and understanding of harm minimisation in substance misuse treatment or psychological health interventions for common mental health problems in primary care
- Knowledge/understanding of health and safety, including assessing high-risk situations for clients
- Ability to build effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholder
- Good IT skills
- Ability to work effectively as a team player in a collaborative and supportive manner
