Team Leader - Customer Loyalty

Who are you

You are great with customers, sales-focused and want to develop a team of advisors. You have a passion for the skills and science of customer retention and upgrades.

What will you do:

In the position of Customer Loyalty Team Lead, your primary responsibility is to oversee and enhance customer retention and loyalty. This role demands a strategic approach to leadership, guiding a team of Customer Loyalty Advisors to achieve excellence in customer service. Your focus will be on managing a range of customer interactions, with an emphasis on safeguarding revenue and minimizing churn rates. Achieving and surpassing monthly loyalty targets will be a key measure of success.

How will you do it.

Coaching and guiding your team to develop sales and negotiation skills, ask better questions, give more support with the goal of retaining and improving customer revenue. You can break down advisor activities into core areas using the numbers to improve skills and results.

What do you know:

Candidates for this position should demonstrate a proven ability in customer relationship management, with a focus on maintaining high service standards. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently are essential. Experience with CRM systems and leveraging technology to optimize customer interactions is highly valued.

In return: GBP28-32k salary (DOE) with an OTE of GBP44-50k, 25 days holiday and excellent pension.
