Anna Mae’s is an established Street Food Company and the original Mac N Cheese dealers. We are looking for enthusiastic, food loving people to join our summer festival crew working at some of the best events and festivals around the country. What’s the job?
- Taking responsibility for the running of our truck and stall at festivals – this will be your office for the summer
- It’s super varied: cooking, food prep, knowing health and safety inside out, ensuring all food goes out 100% and the way we present ourselves is perfect; we take pride in sending out great quality Mac from a great looking truck; it’s what our reputation is built upon and is the focus of this role
- Working behind the scenes at our unit, building stalls, driving vans, loading and unloading, rigging gas and electrics, management tasks such as stock control, logistics, deliveries, speaking to EHOs and trader managers, staff management and leading the team, working out hours, motivating your crew, keeping everyone on track in serving food to our high standards
- Working closely with us in ensuring everything is running smoothly, making changes where necessary, working to find creative solutions, communicating with us so we can help give support the team at the event and going forward

We are looking for someone who…
- DRIVES!! Do not apply unless you have a full, clean license! This is essential!
- Can access London for van packing and prep days at our unit - we are based in NW London
- Is flexible – we do not work standard hours or set days, evenings and weekends are part of the job and we need someone who can work with this kind of schedule
- Has the energy and enthusiasm to get stuck in to lots of different tasks – this is a unconventional job with long hours and can be physically tough, but it’s also super rewarding and enriching
- You must be 100% available from end of May to the start of September – this is our festival season so needs an understanding of the rhythms of this kind of work
- Someone with comparable experience in a similar role – this is a Team Leader role and you need demonstrate you have the skills to manage a team and keep everything running efficiently
- A love of tent life, summer in the great outdoors and festival toilets – we camp a lot!
- Availability for a trial and training shifts in London

Pay: £16.00-£18.50 per hour
