Resourcing Group are working with a privately owned Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance Contractor based in East Devon. They work with local authority, schools and commercial clients.

They have an opportunity for you to join their existing teams and to appoint a Team Leader to work on their mobile teams.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Provide leadership and direction operational staff within the Grounds Maintenance service area
• Drive the Crew Van - which is able to be located where you live.
• Manage a team of 3 people
• Responsible for all operational issues including the scheduling and planning of maintenance activities.
• promote biodiversity and sustainable land management principles.
• take before and after photos.

The Candidate To be considered for this role you will require:

• An advanced understanding and experience of the technical aspects of the Grounds Maintenance Service
• Extensive supervisory experience of managing a team
• horticultural experience, knowledge
• Fully clean driving licence
• ideally spaying licences
• ideally nvq 2 horticulture
• PA1 & PA6 spraying certificate - ideal but not essential.
• Trailer use and experience

This is a full time role permanent role and will come with a vehicle.
