Team Leader

Resourcing Group are working with a Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance Contractor based in Plymouth. They work with local authority, Mod, Domestic and Commercial Clients.
They are looking to appoint a Team Leader for their Teams based out of their Plymouth Depot.
My client is looking either an experienced Team Leader or someone who is wanting to go to the next level as a Team Leader.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Provide leadership and direction operational staff within the Grounds Maintenance service area
- Drive the Crew Van
- Manage a team of 3 people
- Responsible for all operational issues including the scheduling and planning of maintenance activities.
- promote biodiversity and sustainable land management principles.
- take before and after photos.
The Candidate To be considered for this role you will require:
- An advanced understanding and experience of the technical aspects of the Grounds Maintenance Service
- Extensive supervisory experience of managing a team
- horticultural experience, knowledge
- Fully clean driving licence
- ideally spaying licences
- ideally nvq 2 horticulture
This is a full time role which will become permanent after 12 weeks.
