We are excited to share that we are looking for a Team Leaderto join our restaurant in Bournemouth! We are a fast & casual restaurant providing a varied range of contemporary Asian-infused food, from fresh handmade sushi to hot food such as Chicken Katsu Curry, which has been extremely popular.
Duties:
1. Sushi Preparation: Expertly prepare a variety of sushi dishes, including nigiri, sashimi, and rolls, ensuring precision in cutting and presentation.
2. Ingredient Management: Manage and maintain the freshness of all ingredients, including seafood, rice, vegetables, and condiments
3. Efficient Workflow: Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain an efficient workflow, especially during peak hours
4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, ensuring effective communication and coordination to meet customer demand
5. Customer Interaction: Provide a positive and engaging experience for customers, including answering questions about the menu and accommodating special requests when possible.
