Team Leader - (Law Enforcement Requests)

Integreon is seeking a fulltime Team leader to work as part of our fast-growing Law Enforcement request (LER) team for our Client, a global provider of ecommerce, cloud computing, and other technology services. As a member of the LER team, you will oversee intake, review, process and production upon all levels of sensitive legal requests from domestic and international Law Enforcement, as well as drive successful projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, motivated, organized, able to work on sensitive matters, teach, develop and mentor other team members, and have a bias towards client service and process efficiency.  They are looking someone with great research and privacy skills too!

JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct phone calls to Law Enforcement for negotiating scope of overbroad requests, discussing proprietary material process, and discussions over expressive materials policy.

Review and process various types of domestic and international Law Enforcement Requests

Understand and triage incoming mail/ physical requests but predominantly emails

Attention to detail with ability to accurately analyze large legal documents.

Ability to flag process inconsistencies or deviations from playbook/guidance.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal oversight.

Collate pertinent matter information.

Create data productions for Law Enforcement when appropriate

Update information in client’s systems.

Conduct LER follow-ups as required.

Ability to timely and effectively communicate with internal & external stakeholders including Law Enforcement officials in the United Kingdom

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s in law-related area

· A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in the legal or Law Enforcement industry

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

· Detail-oriented while being able to multi-task

· Exceptional organization and administrative skills

· Strong communications skills – written & oral

· Motivated individual who can meet deadlines under pressure

· Able to work as part of a team as well as work independently

Able to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
