I am recruiting for a fantastic lender, they are recruiting for a Broker Liaison Team Leader. You will be leading a team of Broker Liaison members, ensuring they are providing a high quality of service and support to the Broker Sales Support Manager with the day to day delivery of objectives and set tasks.

You will also assist in taking inbound mortgage calls when required, from mortgage intermediaries who require information with regard to new lending, further advances and porting, resolve any queries they may have, provide agreement in principles, escalate complaints where required and deliver high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the Broker Liaison Team to deliver high standards of customer service.
• Ensure a positive and professional manner is maintained at all times.
• Provide support to the Broker Sales Support Manager with the day to day delivery of objectives and set tasks.
• Take inbound mortgage calls from mortgage intermediaries who require information with regard to new lending, further advances and porting.
• Resolve any queries they may have, provide agreement in principles, escalate complaints where required.
• Deliver high standards of customer service.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of mortgage products and services.
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements.
