Requirements
- Confident enthusiastic hands-on technical Team Lead
- Experienced in people engagement including c-level
- Able to be technically hands on when needed and acting as a point of escalation but able to stand back, delegate and oversee day to day operations for the onsite team
- Focused on knowledge sharing and maintaining the knowledge base to a high standard
- Confident mentor and trainer to the onsite and remote team members as well as the remote SD
- Willingness to be flexible with shifts to accommodate occasional meetings with offshore team members and act as an OOH escalation point on the rare occasion its needed
- Organised, skilled in excel, presenting and fast to adopt new methodologies and systems in a fast-changing environment
- Some experience working within large organisations with segregated teams and complex approval hierarchies
- Experience in receiving project handovers, sign off and new workflows, processes and able to translate these into BAU quickly and thoughtfully
- Able to spot opportunities for automation and present well thought through ideas to working groups, take ownership and lead service improvements
- Confident in reporting and analysis, monthly ticket reviews, SLA analysis
- Experience with installing, troubleshooting, and fixing a variety of hardware devices including end user computing, PCs, laptops, tablets, printer & peripherals · Ability to install and configure software as per customer requirements
