Team Leader - Supported Housing Services
Salary: £30,000 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week
The role:
We’re looking for someone with experience in the Supported Housing sector to join us as a Team Leader to lead and manage our supported housing services on the Isle of Wight. You will need to be able to work in a challenging and demanding environment to meet the housing and support needs of people living with addiction, complex behaviours, learning disability and autism.

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and work as part of a team to promote independent living and ensure the individual support needs of our customers and residents are met
- Monitoring and maintaining up-to-date customer/resident files and ensure every customer/resident has a relevant support plan and individual risk assessment
- To lead and manage care and support services promoting health and wellbeing to help people with complex needs gain greater independence within their home and wider community
- Maximise opportunities for people to move on successfully into independent accommodation
What you’ll need:
- Experience of working in the Supported Housing Sector
- Experience of leading and supporting teams within complex and challenging environments and have the skills and expertise to support managers
- Have extensive knowledge of legislation relevant to the provision of specialist housing, care and support
- You need to have an understanding of the specific requirements of people with care and/or support needs
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, at all levels
- Good IT skills

The location:
You will be based at Various locations across the Isle of Wight, travel between the schemes/services will be required. You may be required to travel to offices off Island to meet business needs.
