Team Leader (Social Worker - Qualified ) Hospital Discharge Team

Team Leader - Calderdale, Yorkshire

Team Leader needed to cover while recruiting to permanent role.

To support the Hospital Discharge Team and Intermediate care team with safe and timely discharges covering Calderdale Royal Hospital and Huddersfield Royal Infirmary.

Must be able to attend the office at least 2-3 days per week. 

Contract - 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

£40 per hour
